Scheduling: Wedding invitations should be mailed about 6 weeks prior to the event date. Envelopes and other calligraphy work typically take around 6 weeks to complete, so be sure to plan and book ahead of time.
Envelopes and other paper surfaces are provided by the client.
Custom Color Ink - $50 one time cost. 50% deposit required to start work on all orders above $500 total.
RUSH FEES:
Typically calligraphy for envelopes takes 4-6 weeks. With this in mind, be sure to time the stationery to arrive to the calligrapher with enough time to complete the work and ship them back.
A rush fee of 25% of the total job will be applied if the working time is 2 weeks. This means from the date that the paper is in hand and the final list is given by the client.
If the turnaround is 1 week or less, if time and schedule allows, the rush fee increases to 75% of the total job. If the turnaround time is 1 day or less, a rush fee of 100% applies.
